Susie Upton

Director, Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor

Susie is a registered Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and is a full member of the Australian Psychological Society. Susie is a General Psychologist with over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, parents, families and adults. Susie is also a Board Approved Supervisor and provides regular supervision to provisional psychologists and peer supervision to registered psychologists. Susie is passionate about providing evidence-based intervention to children, training new professionals and working with children that have experienced trauma. In 2015, Susie Upton was named Queensland Telstra Young Business Woman of the Year, an award that recognised the importance of being passionate about your work. In 2016, Susie was named by Griffith University as an Outstanding School of Psychology Alumni for her contribution in the field of psychology.

Together with Leza Sullivan, Susie Upton manages all of Child Aware’s operations and staffing.
